The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 31D, including construction of By-passes, on the stretch of land from Km. 101.364 to Km. 104.126, km. 128.077 to km. 138.525 and km. 127.764 to km. 138.525 of NH 31D in District Cookhbehar in the State of West Bengal, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
