The Central Govt, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation on new alignment joining km. 11.560 of NH No. 12A on (Jabalpur-Mendla Section) in in Guraeeya and km. 476.560 of NH-7 (Jabalpur-Lakhanadon Section) in Manegaon in district Jabalpur in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
