का.आ. 2295(अ) . राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
30 सितम्बर, 2011 परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( कर्नाटक ) संशोधन आदेश , 2011
राष्ट्रपति, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( कर्नाटक ) आदेश , 1951 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( कर्नाटक ) संशोधन आदेश , 2011 है।
2. परिषद्निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन ( कर्नाटक ) आदेश , 1951 में,
(क) पैरा 2 की सारणी में,-
( i ) स्नातक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र शीर्षक के अधीन ,
(अ ) मद 1 के स्तंभ 2 में, " बीदर, गुलबर्ग , रायचूर और कोपला बेलारी जिले , जिसके अन्तर्गत दावणगेरे जिले का हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुक भी है " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " बीदर गुलबर्ग , यादगीर रायचूर कोपला और बेलारी जिले , जिसके अन्तर्गत दावणगेरे जिले का हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुक भी है " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( आ ) मद 4 के स्तंभ 2 में, " चित्रदुर्ग , दावणगेरे ( चन्नागिरी , होन्नाली और हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुकों को छोड़कर) , तुमकुर और कोलार जिले , " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " चित्रदुर्ग , दावणगेरे ( चन्नागिरी , होन्नाली और हरपनंहल्ली ताल्लुकों को छोड़कर) , तुमकुर , कोलार और चिकबल्लापुर जिले, " , प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(इ ) मद 7 के स्तंभ 2 में, " बंगलौर और बंगलौर ग्रामीण जिले ", प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " बंगलौर, बंगलौर ग्रामीण और रामनगर जिले " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( ii ) शिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र शीर्षक के अधीन ,
(अ ) मद 1 के स्तंभ 2 में, " बीदर, गुलबर्ग , रायचूर और कोपला और बेलारी जिले , जिसके अन्तर्गत दावणगेरे जिले का हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुक भी है " , प्रविष्टि के स्थानं पर, " बीदर , गुलबर्ग , यादगीर , रायचूर , कोपला और बेलारी जिले, जिसके अन्तर्गत दावणगेरे जिले का हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुक भी है " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(आ ) मद 4 के स्तंभ 2 में , " चित्रदुर्ग, दावणगेरे ( चन्नागिरी , होन्नाली और हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुकों को छोड़कर) , तुमकुर और कोलार जिले , " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " चित्रदुर्ग, दावणगेरे ( चन्नागिरी , होन्नाली और हरपनहल्ली ताल्लुकों को छोड़कर ) , तुमकुर, कोलार और चिकबल्लापुर जिले , " , प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(इ) मद 7 के स्तंभ 2 में, " बंगलौर और बंगलौर ग्रामीण जिले " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " बंगलौर , बंगलौर ग्रामीण और रामनगर जिले " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

(iii ) स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र शीर्षक के अधीन ,-
(अ) मद 2 के स्तंभ 2 में " गुलबर्ग जिला " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " गुलबर्ग और यादगीर जिले " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( आ ) मद 17 के स्तंभ 2 में, " बंगलौर ग्रामीण जिला " , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " बंगलौर ग्रामीण और रामनगर जिले " प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी;
(इ ) मद 18 के स्तंभ 2 में , " कोलार जिला , " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " कोलार और चिकबल्लापुर जिले, " , प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी;
(ख ) पैरा 3 में, " 1 सितम्बर 1998 " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 1 अप्रैल , 2011 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 2295 (E) . The following Order made by the President is published for general information :---
30th September, 2011 THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES ( KARNATAKA ) AMENDMENT ORDER, 2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950 ) , the President , after consulting the Election Commission , is pleased to make the following order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Karnataka ) Order, 1951 , namely:-
1. 2. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council Constituencies ( Karnataka) Amendment Order, 2011 . In the Delimitation of Council Constituency ( Karnataka) Order, 1951 ,-
(a) in paragraph 2 , in the TABLE, -
(i) under the heading Graduates ' Constituencies,- (A) in item 1 , in column 2, for the entry " Bidar, Gulbarga, Raichur and Koppal districts and Bellary district including Harapanahalli taluk of Davanagere district " , the entry "Bidar , Gulbarga, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary districts including Harapanahalli taluk ofDavanagere district " shall be substituted; (B) in item 4, in column 2, for the entry " Chitradurga, Davanagere (excluding taluks of Channagiri , Honnalli and Harapanahalli ) , Tumkur and Kolar districts " , the entry "Chitradurga, Davanagere (excluding taluks of Channagiri , Honnalli and Harapanahalli ), Tumkur, Kolar and Chikkbalappur districts " shall be substituted;
(C) in item 7, in column 2 , for the entry " Bangalore and Bangalore Rural districts " , the entry "Bangalore , Rural and Ramanagara districts " shall be substituted;
(ii) under the heading Teachers ' Constituencies ,-
(A) in item I , in column 2, for the entry " Bidar, Gulbarga , Raichur and Koppal districts and Bellary district including Harapanahalli taluk of Davanagere district " , the entry " Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary districts including Harapanahalli taluk of Davanagere district " shall be substituted;
(B) in item 4, in column 2, for the entry " Chitradurga, Davanagere (excluding taluks of Channagiri , Honnalli and Harapanahalli ) , Tumkur and Kolar districts " , the entry "Chitradurga, Davanagere (excluding taluks of Channagiri, Honnalli and Harapanahalli ) , Tumkur, Kolar and Chikkbalappur districts " shall be substituted;
(C) in item 7, in column 2 , for the entry "Bangalore and Bangalore Rural districts" , the entry "Bangalore , Bangalore Rural and Ramanagara districts " shall be substituted;
) under the heading Local Authorities ' Constituencies ,-
(iii (A) in item 2 , in column 2, for the entry " Gulbarga district " , the entry " Gulbarga and Yadgir districts" shall be substituted;
(B) in item 17, in column 2, for the entry " Bangalore Rural district " , the entry " Bangalore Rurai and Ramanagara districts " shall be substituted;
(C) in item 18 , in column 2, for the entry " Kolar district " , the entry " Kolar and Chikkbalappur districts " shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 3 , for the figures, letters and words " 1st day of September, 1998 " , the figures, letters and words " 1st day of April, 2011 " shall be substituted.
