सा.का.नि. 757(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में, विनिर्दिष्ट भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचनाओं में उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में दी गई विनिर्दिष्ट प्रविष्टि अनुसार संशोधन किया जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) , specified in column(2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) ofthe said Table , namely :-
