का.आ. 2355 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( 7 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के संबंधित जिलों में विशेष रेल परियोजना अर्थात् कुडप्पा - बेंगलुरु (255 कि.मी. ) नई लाइन की बाबत उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में ऐसे प्राधिकरण के कार्यों को करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th September , 2011
S.O. 2355 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby authorises the officer mentioned in column (2 ) of the Table below as the competent authority to perform the functions of the such authority under the said Act in respect of the Special Railway Project , namely, Cuddapah - Bangalore ( 255 km) New Line in the State of Andhra Pradesh relating to the district mentioned in column (3 ) of the said Table with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
