नई दिल्ली, 13 अक्तूबर, 2011 सं. 79 ( आर ई -2010 )/2009-2014 का.आ. 2360(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति 2009-2014 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 3.14.2 के अंत में निम्नलिखित उप-पैरा जोड़ा गया है :
अधिसूचित देशों ( प्रक्रिया पुस्तक खण्ड । के परिशिष्ट 37ग की तालिका 3 में ) को उत्पादों का निर्यात 1-4-2011 से किए गए निर्यातों ( मुक्त विदेशी मुद्रा में ) के पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य के 1 % की दर से अतिरिक्त डयूटी क्रेडिट स्क्रिप के लिए हकदार होगा ।
2. विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 3.15.2 के अंत में निम्नलिखित उप - पैरा जोड़ा गया है :
परिशिष्ट 37घ की तालिका 8 के अधीन अधिसूचितफोकस उत्पादों को 1-10-2011 से 31-3-2012 तक किए गए निर्यातों हेतु निर्यात ( मुक्त विदेशी मुद्रा में) के पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य के 1 % की दर से अतिरिक्त ड्यूटी क्रेडिट स्क्रिपस्वीकृत किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 2360( E) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy2009-2014:
1. The following sub - para is added at the end of Para 3.14.2 ofFTP 2009-2014:
Export of products to notified countries ( in Table 3 ofAppendix 37C ofHBPv1) will be entitled for additional duty credit scrip @ 1 % of FOB value of exports(in free foreign exchange) made with effect from 1-4-2011 .
2.' The following sub - para is added at the end of Para 3.15.2 of FTP 2009-2014:
Focus Products notified under Table 8 of Appendix 37D shall be granted additional duty creditscrip @ 1% of FOB value of exports (in free foreign exchange ) for exports made with effect from 1-10-2011 till 31-3-2012 .
