का.आ. 2361(अ) . अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित धारा 4 के खंड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री आर. के. जैन , अपर सचिव एवं वित्तीय सलाहकार, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली को श्री नवेद मसूद के स्थान पर अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली का सदस्य मनोनीत करती है तथा उस प्रयोजनार्थ का.आ. 902 ( अ ) , दिनांक 20 अप्रैल, 2011 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या वी. 16011/1 /2009 - एम.ई. 1, दिनांक 20 अप्रैल , 2010 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 1 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जानी चाहिए , अर्थात्:-
" 1. श्री आर . के. जैन ,
अपर सचिव एवं वित्तीय सलाहकार , स्वास्थ्यएवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , नईदिल्ली"

New Delhi , the 14th October, 2011
S.O. 2361 (E).-In exercise of powers conferred by Clause(d) of Section 4, read with sub-section ( 3) ofSection 6 ofthe All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri R. K. Jain , Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare , New Delhi to be a member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi in place of Shri Naved Masood and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , number V- 1601171 / 2009 - ME - I , dated the 20thApril , 2010 , published in the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) vide S.O.. 902 (E ) , dated 20th April , 2010 :----
In the said notification , for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto the following serial number and entry should be substituted , namely : ---
" 1. Shri R. K. Jain,
Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , New Delhi . "
