सा.का.नि. 761 (अ). सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971(1971 के 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय(पत्तन स्कंध) की दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2003 की अधिसूचना सा० का ०नि० सं० 651 (अ०) , दिनांक 23 फरवरी , 2005 की अधिसूचना सा०का ०नि० सं० 90(अ0) और दिनांक 01 सितम्बर, 2010 की अधिसूचना सा०का ०नि० सं० 713(30) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को , कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास के अधिकारी रहते हुए , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन से संपदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है और उक्त अधिकारी , उक्त तालिका के कॉलम(2) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित सार्वजनिक संपत्तियों के संबंध में , उनके संबंधित अधिकार क्षेत्र की सीमाओं के भीतर, संपदा अधिकारियों पर लागू अथवा उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत अपने अधिकारों का प्रयोग करेंगे और अपने कर्तव्य का निर्वाह करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd September, 2011
GS.R. 761 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ), and in supersession of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping( Ports Wing) , Notification No. G.S.R. 651 (E) dated 11th August, 2003, Notification No. G.S.R. 90(E) dated 23rd February, 2005 and Notification No. G.S.R. 713 ( E) dated 1st September, 2010 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in Column( 1) of the Table below, being the officers of the Kolkata Port Trust to be the Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the 'Estate Officers'by or under the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table.
