का.आ. 2374(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 924 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 अप्रैल, 2011 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 29 अप्रैल , 2011 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के हिन्दी पाठ में,
(क) जिला " गुना " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने , तालुक " 1. राघौगढ़ " के सामने , कॉलम ( 7 ) में
(1) प्रविष्टि"( 20 ) अवाना " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " (6) आवन " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ii) प्रविष्टि" ( 21 ) खुशलपुरा " के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "(21 ) खुशालपुरा " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(iii) प्रविष्टि" ( 23 ) शारामपुरा " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " (23 ) सोरामपुरा " प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी;
(ख) जिला " गुना " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, तालुक " 3 चाचोडा " के सामने , कॉलम ( 7 ) में,--
प्रविष्टि" ( 6 ) रामड़ा " के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि " ( 6 ) रमड़ा" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ग) जिला " राजगढ़ " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने , तालुक " राजगढ " के सामने , कॉलम ( 7 ) में,
(i) प्रविष्टि" ( 13 ) किलखेड़ा " के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि

(घ) जिला " राजगढ़ " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने , तालुक " ब्यावरा " के सामने , कॉलम (7 ) में,
(i) प्रविष्टि" ( 11 ) साठा " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " ( 11 ) चाटा" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ii) प्रविष्टि " ( 16 ) मोहन्नपुरा " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि "(16) नयापुर " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( घ) जिला " राजगढ़ " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने , तालुक " सारंगपुर पचौर " के सामने , कॉलम (7 ) में,
(1) प्रविष्टि " ( 2 ) बीलापुरा " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " (2 ) बीलापुर " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(il) प्रविष्टि " ( 7 ) पीपल्या " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " (7 ) पीपल्या देव " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(iii) प्रविष्टि " ( 11 ) निन्दवाडा " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " ( 11 ) नैनवाड़ा" प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(च) जिला " शाजापुर " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने,
कॉलम ( 5 ) में, प्रविष्टि " शाजापुर " के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि" मोहन बडोदिया " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ii) कॉलम (6) में, प्रविष्टि " शाजापुर ( कोतवाली) " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि" मोहन बडोदिया " प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी;
(im) क्रम संख्या (3 ) से ( 26 ) तक के सामने , प्रविष्टि " शाजापुर ( कोतवाली ) " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;

(iv) कॉलम ( 7 ) में, प्रविष्टि " ( 5 ) अभयपुरा " के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि " ( 5 ) अभयपुर " प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी;
(v) कॉलम ( 7 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 6 ) दुर्गेशखेड़ी " के स्थान पर , प्रविष्टि " ( 6 ) दुर्वेशखेड़ी " प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 15th October, 2011
S.O. 2374(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road, Transport andHighways number S.O. 924(E ) , dated the 29th April , 2011 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) , dated the 29th April , 2011, namely:---
In the Schedule to the said notificaton,
(a) against Serial number 4 relating to District "Guna", against Taluk " 1. Raghogarh " in column 7, (i) for the entry " (20 ) Aawana " , the entry " (20) Aawan " shall be substituted , ( ii ) for the entry " (23 ) Sharampura " the entry " (23) Sorampura", shall be substituted,
(b) against Serial number 5 relating to District "Rajgarh", against Taluk " Rajgarh " in column 7, (i ) for the entry " ( 13 ) Kilkheda" , the entry "(13 ) Keelkheda" shall be substituted, (ii ) for the entry " ( 16) Hathikumar " the entry by "( 16) Hathikumara" , shall be substituted,
(c) against Serial number 6 relating to District "Rajgarh", against Taluka " Biaora " in column 7, (i) for the entry " ( 11 ) Satha " , the entry " ( 11 ) Chata" shall be substituted, ( ii) for the entry "(16)Mohhanpura " the entry by " ( 16) Nayapura" , shall be substituted,
(d) against Serial number 7 relating to District "Rajgarh " , against Taluka " Sarangpur" in column 7, (i ) for the entry " (2) Bilapura " , the entry "(2) Bilapur " shall be substituted , (ii ) for the entry " (7 ) Piplya " the entry " ( 7) Piplya Dev", shall be substituted, ( iii) for the entry "( 11 ) Naindwada " the entry by " ( 11 ) Nainwada" shall be substituted,
(e) against Serial number 8 relating to District "Shajapur",.
(i) Incolumn ( 5), for the entry " Shahjapur " the entry "Mohan Badodiya " shall be substituted;
(ii) In column (6) , for the entry " Shahjapur (kothwali ) the entry " Mohan Badodiya " shall be substituted .
(B) against entries ( 3 ) to ( 26 ) the entry "Shahjapur (kothawali) " shall be inserted.
(iii) In column 7 ( A) for the entry " ( 5 ) Abhayapura " the entry " Abhayapur " shall be substituted,
(B) for the entry " ( 6 ) Durgesh khedi " the entry "Durvesh khedi " shall be substituted .
