का.आ. 2378(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2224 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 सितम्बर , 2008 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 18 सितम्बर , 2008 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, जिला " थेनी " के सामने , तालुक " 1. पेरियाकुलम " के सामने , कॉलम ( 5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 9 ) थमरईकुलम " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित जाएंगी ,-
" (9क ) थमरईकुलम प्रथम बिट ,"
" ( 9ख) थमरईकुलम द्वित्तीय बिट " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th October , 2011
S.O.2378 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India 3848 GI/ 2011
(1) [PART II-SEC. 3 (ii)] 2

in the then Ministry of Shipping Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ), number S.O. 2224(E), dated the 18th September, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii), dated the 18th September, 2008, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification against District " Theni " , against Taluk " 1. Periyakulam " , in column (5) for entry (9) Thamaraikulam ",
The following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"(9A) Thamaraikulam Ist Bit",
"(9B) Thamaraikulam IInd Bit" ,
