का.आ. 2379(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 825 ( अ ) , तारीख 26 अप्रैल , 2011 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 26 अप्रैल , 2011 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " अहमदाबाद " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने ,-
(क) गांव " ( 1 ) निकोल " के सामने , कॉलम ( 3 ) में, प्रविष्टि " दसक्रोई " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शहर " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(ख ) गांव " ( 2 ) कठवाडा" के सामने , कॉलम ( 3 ) में, प्रविष्टि " दसक्रोई " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।
कोई व्यक्ति , जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन , मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th October, 2011
S.O. 2379 (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Govemment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 825 (E), dated the 26th April , 2011 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 26th April, 2011 , namely: -
In the Schedule to the said notification against Serial number 1 relating to District " Ahmedabad",-
(a) against village "(1 ) Nikol" , in column (3 ) , for the entry "Daskroi" the entry " City " shall be substituted;
(b) against village "(2) Kathwada" , in column (3 ) , the "Daskroi " shall be inserted .
Aperson interested in the land mentioned in this notification may within twenty- one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3Aof the Act.
