The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 85, on the stretch of land from Km. 73.165 to Km. 74.500 (Patna-Buxar Section) in the District of Balia in the State of Uttar Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
