विषय : रेडियोइम्यूनोएस्सै किटों ( चिकित्सा उपकरण जिनमें रेडियो धर्मी समस्थानिक निहित हों ) का आयात ।
का.आ. 2395 (अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरणों की अनुसूची 1 ( आयात ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
2. निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरणों के अध्याय-28 की एग्ज़िम कोड 284 440-00 के लिए मौजूदा नीति ( इस संशोधन से पहले ) नीचे दी गई हैं ( पहले की नीति गत शर्तें ) :

परमाणु ऊर्जा अधिनियम , 1962 और उसके अधीन अधिनियमों के अध्यधीन आयात। तथापि , एईआर बी की पूर्व अनुमति के अधीन मनुष्यों या पशुओं में रोग अथवा विकारों के निदान के लिए अभिप्रेत रेडियोइम्यूनोएस्सै किटों का आयात ' मुक्त' है ।
4. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव :-
" रेडियोइम्यूनोएस्सै किटों " ( चिकित्सा उपकरण जिनमें रेडियो धर्मी समस्थानिक निहित हों ) के आयात के लिए विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय से आयात प्राधिकार पत्र की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी ।

Subject : Import of Radioimmunoassay kits (Medical equipments containing radioactive isotopes).
S.O. 2395 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 1 (Imports) of the ITC ( HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items:
2.Existing policy(prior to this amendment) , for the Exim Code 2844 40 00 of Chapter 28 of ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items is extracted below (earlier policy conditions ) :

4. The effect ofthis Notification :-
The import of "Radioimmunoassay kits " (Medical equipments containing radioactive isotopes) will not require an import authorization from DGFT.
