का.आ. 2396(अ). कयर उद्योग नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित कयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का45 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 जून, 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1476 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः:--
उक्तअधिसूचना में;
(i ) क्रम संख्या 26 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः :-

" 26 श्री बी. बैजू, बैजू निवास , कानिचुकुलंगरा , पी.ओ. चेरथला , अलैप्पी जिला , केरल "
( ii ) क्रम संख्या 36 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों को जोड़ा जाएगा , नामतः :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th October, 2011
S.O. 2396 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3) of Section 4 of the Coir IndustryAct, 1953 (45 of 1953) , read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir IndustryRules , 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises , number S.O. 1476 (E) , dated the 28thJune, 2011 , namely:-
In the said notification;
(1) for serial number 26 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"26 Shri B. Baiju , Baiju Nivas, Kanichukulangara , P.O. Cherthala , Alleppey Distt . , Kerala "
(ii) after serial number 36 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be added, namely:--
