का.आ. 2397(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 53 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 18 अक्तूबर , 2011 कोउस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है , जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 46 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 2 ) के उपबंध लागू होंगे ।

New Delhi , the 18th October, 2011
S.O. 2397 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 1 of the Disaster Management Act , 2005 (53 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of October , 2011 as the date on which the provisions of sub -section (1 ) and sub- section (2) of Section 46 of the said Act shall come into force .
