राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिसूचना
नई दिल्ली , 14 अक्तूबर , 2011 फा. सं. 6 ( 1 ) /95-नालसा, केन्द्रीय प्राधिकरण , राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम , 1995 के नियम 10 के साथ पठित सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री दलवीर भंडारी को उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति का अध्यक्ष नामांकित करता है और दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2000 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 115 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:- 1. " न्यायमूर्ति श्री दलवीर भंडारी -अध्यक्ष"

F. No. 6 ( 1 )/95- NALSA . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3A of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules , 1995, the Central Authority hereby nominates Mr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari , Judge , Supreme Court of India, as Chairman of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and makes the following amendments in its Notification No. S.O. 115 ( E) dated the 9thFebruary, 2000 , namely :--
In the said Notification , for the serial number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :---
1. "Mr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari -Chairman "
