सा.का.नि. 767(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्द्वारा , नौसेना प्रभारी अधिकारी ( एन ओ आई सी) ( महाराष्ट्र) को दिनांक 31-3-2013 तक जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड में न्यासी के रुप में नियुक्त करती है और उन्हें उसी बोर्ड में अधिसूचित करती है।

GS.R. 767 (E) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section ( 1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Naval Officer- in-Charge (NOIC) (Maharashtra ) as Trustee ofthe Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust up to 31-3-2013 and notifies the same .
