सा.का.नि. 768(अ).-महापत्तनन्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , नौसेना प्रभारी अधिकारी (एन ओ आई सी) (कर्नाटक) को दिनांक 31-3-2013 तक नवमंगलूर पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उन्हें उसी बोर्ड में अधिसूचित करती है ।

GS.R. 768 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of of sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Naval Officer- in -Charge (NOIC) (Karnataka) as Trustee ofthe Board ofNewMangalore Port Trust up to 31-3-2013 and. notifies the same .
