New Delhi , the 19th October, 2011 नई दिल्ली , 19 अक्तूबर , 2011
S.O. 2419(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) ofSection 2 ofthe Railways Act, 1989, the Central Government hereby notifies the following projects as mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Railway Project in the State of West Bengal for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
का.आ. 2419(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( 37 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (2 ) में यथा उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित परियोजना, को पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयोजन के लिए विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
