III (वि.का. ).-आयकर अधिनियन, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 252 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , श्री जी.ई. वीरभद्रप्पा, उपाध्यक्ष , आयकर अपील अधिकरण को दिनांक 14 अक्तूबर, 2011 के अपराह्न से, पद के नियमित आधार पर भरे जाने तक स्थानापन्न रूप से आयकर अपील अधिकरण के अध्यक्ष पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

No. A- 12023 /2/2011 - Admn.111 (LA) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 252 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government is pleased to appoint Shri G. E. Veerabhadrappa, Vice President , of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, as President of that Tribunal in officiating capacity with effect from the afternoon of 14th October , 2011 and till the post is filled on regular basis .
