का.आ. 2422(अ).लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में , निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसमें उसमें निर्दिष्ट निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :-

निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 64 के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 66 में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि

जो हरियाणा जनहित कांग्रेस ( बी.एल. ) द्वारा खड़े किए गए थे , उस सदन में श्री भजन लाल पुत्र खैराज की मृत्यु के कारण हुई रिक्तिको भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं ।
