सा.का.नि. 776(अ) .-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309. के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और आयकर विभाग ( बहु कार्य कर्मचारिवृंद) भर्ती नियम, 2010 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आयकर विभाग ( बहु कार्य कर्मचारिवृंद ) संशोधन नियम, 2011 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. आयकर विभाग ( बहु कार्य कर्मचारिवृंद ) भर्ती नियम , 2010 में , नियम 1 के , उप- नियम ( 1 ) , में अंत में आने वाले ' 2010 ' अंकों के स्थान पर ' 2011 ' अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 19th October , 2011
GS.R. 776( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following amendment to the IncomeTax Department (Multi Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules , 2010, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Income Tax Department (Multi Tasking Staff) Amendment Rules , 2011 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Income Tax Department (Multi Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules , 2010 , in rule 1 , in sub-rule( 1 ), for the figures " 2010 " occurring at the end, the figures "2011 " shall be substituted.
