सा.का.नि. 777 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार गुड़ श्रेणीकरण एवं चिह्नांकन नियम , 2008 में संशोधन के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार कृषि उपज ( श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन ) अधिनियम , 1937 ( 1937 का 1 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती है , उक्त धारा की अपेक्षानुसार ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , प्रकाशित किया जाता है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर उस तारीख से , जिसको भारत के राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें यह अधिसूचना अन्तर्विष्ट हो, जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी गई है , पैंतालिस दिन की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
2. ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति , जो उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में कोई सुझाव देना या आक्षेप करना चाहता है , केन्द्रीय सरकार के विचार के लिए अपने सुझाव या आक्षेप , ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर कृषि विपणन सलाहकार , भारत सरकार , विपणन एवं निरीक्षण निदेशालय , प्रधान कार्यालय , सी.जी.ओ. काम्पलेक्स , एन.एच.- IV , फरीदाबाद , हरियाणा -121001 को भेज सकेगा ।.
3. ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों पर जो उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के समाप्त होने से पूर्व किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त हो सकेंगे , केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

प्रारूप नियम
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गुंड़ श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2011 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. गुड़ श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन नियम, 2008 के नियम 7 में उपनियम ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उपनियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्;-
" ( 1 ) गुड़ को खाद्य श्रेणी के उपयुक्त अंतर वाले जूट के ठोस , स्वच्छ एवं शुष्क आधानों में लैमिनेटिड पॉलीइथाइलीन या पॉलीप्रोपिलीन या उच्च सघनता वाले पॉलीइथाइलीन के थैलों , या पाउचों या ऐसे किसी अन्य खाद्य श्रेणी की पैकेजिंग सामग्री में ही पैक किया जाएगा जो कृषि विपणन सलाहकार या इस निमित उसके द्वारा प्राधिकृत किसी अधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित हो । "

GS.R. 777 (E) .--The following draft rules further to amend the Jaggery Grading- and Marking Rules , 2008

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY
which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1937 ( 1 of 1937 ) are published as required by the said Section for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby , and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of forty- five days from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the public .
2. Any person desiring to make any suggestions or objections in respect of said draft , may forward the same for consideration of the Central Government , within the period specified above , to the Agricultural Marketing Advisor to the Government of India , Directorate of Marketing and Inspection , Head Office , CGO Complex , NH- IV, Faridabad ( Haryana) -121001 .
3. All objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period so specified will be taken into consideration by the Central Government ..
[PART II -SEC . 3 ( i ) ]
DraftRules
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Jaggery Grading and Marking (Amendment) Rules , 2011 .
1. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Jaggery Grading and Marking Rules ; 2008 , in rule 7, for sub -rule ( 1 ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted, namely :
"( 1 ) Jaggery shall be paked only in sound , clean and dry containers made ofjute with inner lining of food grade material , tin containers , laminated polyethylene or polypropylene or high density polythylene bags or pouches or any other food grade material , approved by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser or any officer authorised by him in this behalf, "
