विषय: वित्तीय वर्ष 2011-12 के लिए शेष मात्रा हेतु अपरिष्कृत संगमरमर ब्लॉकों के आयात लाइसेंस जारी करने की शर्तें ।
का.आ. 2425(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , अनाबंटित शेष मात्रा के आवंटन हेतु शर्तें अधिसूचित करती है ।
2.दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 64 में अपरिष्कृत संगमरमर ब्लॉकों के 5 लाख मी. टन कोटे के आबंटन की शर्तें और प्रक्रियाएं निर्धारित की गई हैं । आबंटन दिनांक 17 अगस्त, 2011 के व्यापार सूचना सं. 16 द्वारा किया गया था । कुछ आवेदनों के रद्द होने के कारण कुछ शेष मात्रा उपलब्ध रह गई । अब आबंटित की जाने वाली मात्रा के लिए उसी प्रक्रिया और उसी पात्रता मानदण्ड का अनुसरण किया जाएगा । तथापि, विभिन्न घटनाक्रम हेतु लागूतिथियां अलग होंगी ।.
3. आवंटन निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन होगा :
(क) पात्रता मानदण्ड दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 64 में यथाउल्लिखित के अनुरूप ही होगा (पात्रता में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं है ) ।
(ख) वे आवेदक जिन्होंने आबंटन हेतु आवेदन किया था तथा जिन्हें दिनांक 17 अगस्त , 2011 के व्यापार सूचना सं. 16 के द्वारा आबंटन किया गया था अथवा जिनके दस्तावेजों की जांच के पश्चात् क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों

द्वारा उनके आवेदन को रद्द कर दिया गया था, वे आवेदन हेतु पात्र नहीं होंगे ।
(ग) वे आवेदक जिनके नाम डी.ई.एल. में हैं वे आवेदन करने हेतु पात्र नहीं होंगे ।
(घ) आवेदकों को दिनांक 4 अगस्त , 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 64 के अनुलग्नक 2 में निर्धारित प्रपत्र में , [email protected]पर ई- मेल करना होगा । 24 अक्तूबर, 2011 को 10.00 बजे से पूर्व तथा 28 अक्तूबर , 2011 को 17.00 बजे के बाद प्राप्त ई- मेलों पर आबंटन हेतु . विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
(ङ) दिनांक 4 अगस्त , 2011 की पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना सं. 64 में केवल एक परिवर्तन यह है कि दस्तावेंजों को विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय के मुख्यालय कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना है । इसलिए, पात्र आवेदकों को आबंटन करने से पहले दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 64 में यथानिर्दिष्ट दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन की एक हार्ड कापी 28 अक्तूबर , 2011 को 17.00 बजे तक विंदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय , उद्योग भवन , नई दिल्ली को प्रस्तुत करना अपेक्षित होगा । विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय कार्यालय में 28 अक्तूबर, 2011 को 17.00 बजे तक पूर्ण आवेदन की हार्ड कापी नहीं प्राप्त होने पर आबंटन हेतु विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
4. यह दुहराया जाता है कि (क ) घटनाक्रम की संबंधित तिथियां और (ख ) दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कापी की प्रस्तुति ( जिसे विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय के मुख्यालय कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना अपेक्षित है न कि संबंधित क्षेत्रीय प्राधिकारी को जैसाकि पहले होता था ) को

छोड़कर अधिसूचना सं. 64 दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2011 में उल्लिखित सभी शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी ।

Sub.: Conditions for issue of import licenses of Rough Marble Blocks for the balance quantity for Financial Year 2011-12 .
S.O. 2425 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby notifies the conditions for allocation of balance quantity that remains unallocated.
2.NotificationNo. 64 of4th August, 2011 stipulated the conditions and modalities for allocation of quota of 5 lakhMT's ofRough Marble blocks . Allocation was made vide Trade Notice No. 16 of 17th August, 2011. Some balance quantity has become available due to rejection of some applications . This quantity to be allocated now will follow the same procedure and same eligibility criteria . Applicable dates for various events will , however , be different.
3.Allocationwill be subject to following conditions:
(a) The eligibility criteria will be as mentioned in Notification No. 64 of 4th August , 2011 (no change in eligibility) .

(b) Applicants who had applied and had been allocated quantity vide Trade notice No. 16 of 17th August , 2011 or whose application had been rejected by RA's after scrutiny of documents will not be eligible to apply.
(c) Applicants whose names are in DELwill not be eligible to apply.
(d) Applicants will be required to send e -mail in the format prescribed in Annexure 2 to Notification No. 64 of 4th August , 2011 at [email protected]. E-mails. received prior to 10.00 hrs . on 24th October , 2011 and after 17.00 hrs on 28th October, 2011 will not be considered for allocation .
(e) The only change from the carlier Notification No. 64 of 4th August , 2011 is that documents are to be submitted at HQ office of DGFT. Therefore , hard copy of the application along with documents as prescribed in Notification No. 64 of 4th August, 2011 will need to be submitted to DGFT office at Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi by 17.00 hours on 28th October , 2011, before the allocation is made to eligible applicants . Hard copies of complete application not received by 17.00 hours in DGFT office on 28th October , 2011 will not be considered for allocation
4. It is reiterated that all conditions mentioned in Notification No. 64 dated 4th August , 2011 will remain unchanged except ( a) respective dates for the events and (b).submission of hard copy of documents (which needs to be submitted at the HQ office of DGFT and not at the respective RA as was the case earlier )
