नई दिल्ली, 9 अक्तूबर, 2011 का.आ. 2428 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, निःशक्त व्यक्ति ( समान अवसर, अधिकार संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारी ) अधिनियम, 1995 (1996 का 1 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा डॉ. सुधा कौल , भारतीय प्रमस्तिष्क अंगघात संस्थान , श्री डी. आर. मेहता और मार एंडूज थजाहथ , त्रिचूर के आर्च विशप को केन्द्रीय समन्वय समिति के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और इस उद्देश्य के लिए सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के दिनांक 9 सितम्बर , 1998 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 796 (अ) में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामशः :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " खण्ड-3 के उप- खण्ड ( 2 ) के अनुच्छेद ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत नामित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 21 , 22, और 23 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामशः

S.O. 2428 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the Persons withDisabilities (Equal Opportunities , Protection of Rights and Full Participation ) Act, 1995 ( 1 of 1996) , the Central Government, hereby nominates Dr. Sudha Kaul, Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy, Shri D.R.Mehta. and Mar.. Andrews Thazhath , Archbishop of Trichur as members of theCentral Co-ordination Committee, and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in notification No. S.O. 796 ( E) , dated the 9th September, 1998 of the Ministry ofSocial Justice and Empowerment , namely:
In the said notification , under the heading "Nominated under clause (i) of sub - section (2) of Section 3", for S. Nos . 21 , 22 and 23 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be sebstituted namely:
