का.आ. 2430(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, निर्यात ( गुणवत्तानियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) नियम , 1964 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित, निर्यात (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 3 के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2856(अ) , तारीख 9 नवम्बर , 2009 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , स्तम्भ ( 1 ) के नीचे क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " संयुक्त सचिव" शब्दों के स्थान पर " अपर सचिव " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण:-मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 2856( अ ) , तारीख 9 नवम्बर, 2009 के अधीन प्रकाशित की गई थी और सं. का.आ. 1153 (अ ) , तारीख 24 मई, 2011 द्वारा उसमें अंतिम संशोधन किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 24th October, 2011
S.O. 2430( E) ,-In pursuance of Section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with rule 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1964, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , number S.O. 2856 (E), dated the 9th November, 2009 , namely :-
Inthe said notification, against serial number 1, under column ( 1 ) , for the words " Joint Secretary" the words "Additional Secretary " shall be substituted.
