का.आ. 2463(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में, एनएचडीपी राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग विकास कार्यक्रम चरण VI के अधीन दिल्ली- मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे (रारा -24 के 28.000 कि.मी. से 49.500 कि.मी. तक और रारा -58 के 13.000 कि.मी. से 52.000 कि.मी. तक ) के निर्माण , अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध औरं प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) और ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और गांवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भू- खण्ड के संबंध में, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 27th October, 2011
S.O.2463 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National HighwaysAct , 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2 ) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry incolumn (3) ofthe said Schedule relating to Districts , Taluks , Police Stations and Villages mentioned in column (4) , (5 ) , (6) and(7) respectively of the said Schedule for building , maintenance , management and operation of Delhi -Meerut Express- way (from Km . 28.000 to Km . 49.500 ofNH- 24 and from Km. 13.000 to Km. 52.000 of NH - 58 ) in the State of Uttar Pradesh, under NHDP National Highway Development Programme Phase VI .
