का.आ. 2466(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 394 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 फरवरी , 2011 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 18 फरवरी , 2011 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:---
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
तालुक " 1. तुलजापुर " के सामने , कॉलम ( 5 ) में, प्रविष्टि " ( 19 ) बोरमन तांडा" के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 20 ) मुर्ता " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th October, 2011
S.O. 2466(E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 394 (E) , dated the 15th February, 2011 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , sub- section ( ii) , dated the 18th February, 2011 , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification :-
against Taluka " 1. Tuljapur " , in column (5) after entry "( 19) Boraman Tanda" , the entry "(20) Murta " shall be inserted.
