का.आ. 2474(अ), जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) के अनुसरण में, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति के एक सदस्य को उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है;
अतएव, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 कीउप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार अब स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के तारीख 21 अगस्त , 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ख ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अधीन तालिका में निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय के सामने उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st November, 2011
S.O. 2474(E).-Whereas in pursuance ofclause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council ( election) Rules , 1975 , one member from the Ayurveda System of Medicine, University of Delhi has been elected from amongst themselves by the members ofAyurveda faculty of the said University;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act , the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, number S.O. 3259 ( E) , dated the 21st August, 1971 , namely:---
In the said notification , under the heading " Elected under clause ( b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 " , in the Table , against the following University for the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
