का.आ. 2476( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, वक्फ अधिनियम , 1995 ( 1995 का 43 ) की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 12 मई , 2011 के भारत सरकार के राजपत्र, असाधारण , में प्रकाशित अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय के संख्या का.आ. 1027 (अ ) , की अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् :-
कथित अधिसूचना में :-
( i) क्रम संख्या 2 के बाद " धारा 9 की उप- धारा (2) के खंड (ख) के उप-खंड ( iv ) के तहत नियुक्त सदस्य " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी :-
" 3. श्री लियाकत अली खान, भा.पु.से. ( सेवानिवृत्त ) , अध्यक्ष , राजस्थान बोर्ड ऑफ मुस्लिम वक्फ, एल. के. 1 , लाल कोठी योजना , ज्योति नगर , जयपुर, राजस्थान ";
(ii) क्रम संख्या 1 के बाद " धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) के उप - खंड (v ) के तहत नियुक्त सदस्य " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी :-
" 2. न्यायमूर्ति ( सेवानिवृत्त ) बिलाल नाजकी,
उड़ीसा उच्च न्यायालय के सेवानिवृत्त मुख्य न्यायाधीश , बी-98 , प्रथम तल , सेक्टर -23 , नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश ";
2. उपर्युक्त सदस्यगण पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से दिनांक 11 मई , 2016 तक अपने पद पर बने रहेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th October , 2011
S.O. 2476 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1) and ( 2) of Section 9 of the Wakf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry ofMinority Affairs number S.O. 1027 (E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 12th May, 2011 , namely :-
In the said notification,-
(i) under the heading " Members appointed under sub- clause ( iv) of clause (b) of sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 9 " , after serial number 2, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:
"3. Shri Liyakat Ali Khan , IPS (Retd . ) ,
Chairperson, Rajasthan Board of Muslim Wakf,
L. K. 1 , Lal Kothi Yojna , Jyoti Nagar ,
Jaipur, Rajasthan " ;
(ii) under the heading " Members appointed under sub - clause ( v) of clause (b ) of sub- section (2 ) of Section 9 ", after serial number 1 , the following serial number and entries shall be inserted , namely :
"2. Justice (Retd. ) Bilal Nazki ,
Retired Chief Justice ofOrissa High Court , B-98 , 1st Floor, Sector - 23 , Noida, Uttar Pradesh " ;
2. The above members will hold office from the date of assumption of office till 11th May, 2016 .
