का.आ. 2480(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृषि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 301 , तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1971 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में, ( 1 ) मद ( xix ) ( ग ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2480 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act . 1968 ( 46 of 1968) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Co- operation , number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February, 1971 , namely : -
In the said notification , for item (xix) (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
