का.आ. १ (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ़ ) के परन्तुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 457( अ ) तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2011 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , यह घोषित करती है कि नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी , उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित कारखानों के कार्य के प्रबंध के लिए नियुक्त किया गया है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिष्ठाता समझा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
S.O.9 (E) . In pursuance of clause (iii) to the proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act , 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Steel number S.O. 457 (Ε) , dated the 17th February, 2011 , published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary) vide dated the 1st March, 2011, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such súpersession, the Central Government hereby declares that the officer mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below appointed to manage the affairs of the factory mentioned incorresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purpose of said Act, namely:---
