आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 3 जनवरी , 2012
का.आ. 10(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश सं. 302 (अ ) , तारीख 8 फरवरी , 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ,
अर्थात्:---
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 3 में, " 31 दिसंबर , 2011 " अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर , " 7 फरवरी , 2012 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 10(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 302 (E) , dated the 8th February, 2011 , namely:--
Inthe said Order, in para 3 , for the Figures , letters and word " 31st December , 2011 " the Figures , letters and word "07th February, 2012 " shall be substituted .
