स 1/2012-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
साकानि 1 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित मे ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा निर्देश देती है कि सारणी के स्तभ ( 2 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( गजस्व विभाग ) की निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओ मे उक्त सारणी के स्तभ ( 3 ) मे दी गयी तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि अनुसार यथास्थिति और सशोधन किया जाएगा यथाः-

GS.R.1 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1 ) ofSection 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of1944), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) ofthe said Table , namely:
