का आ 29(अ) . केंद्रीय सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 (1993 का 73) की धारा 30 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत् शक्तियो का प्रयोग करत हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् परिषद् कहा गया है) को, भारत सरकार, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सख्या का.आ. 1548 (अ), तारीख 7 जुलाई, 2011 द्वारा उक्न अधिसूचना की तारीख से छह मास की अवधि के लिए अधिक्रांत कर दिया था ;
और परिषद् के अधिक्रमण की उक्त अवधि 6 जनवरी को समाप्त हो रही है ,
और केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 30 की उपधारा (2) के खज् (ख) के अधीन प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियो द्वारा किए गए कृत्यों पर और परिषद् के विनियामक और सबंधित कृत्यों में सुधार करने के लिए की गई पहलो पर विवार करने के पश्चात्, परिषद् के अधिक्रमण की उक्त अवधि का छह और मास से विस्तार करना समीचीन समझती है ।

अतः, अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम 1993 की धारा 30 की उपधारा (3 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् के अधिक्रमण की अवधि का 7 जनवरी, 2012 से छह मास की अवधि के लिए विस्तार करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार की मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1548 (अ) , तारीख 7 जुलाई, 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पेरा 7 मे, " छह माह की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के स्थान पर, "6 जुलाई, 2012 तक की अवधि के लिए " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION .
New Delhi , the 4th January, 2012
S.O. 29( E) . Whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 30 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act , 1993 (73 of 1993) superseded the National Council for Teacher Education (hereinafter referred to as the Council) , for a period of six months vide the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development number S.O.1548 (E), dated the 7th July, 2011 , with effect from the date of the said notification;
And whereas the said period of supersession of the Council is expiring on the 6th January, 2012 ;
And whereas the Central Government , after considering the functions performed by persons authorized under clause (b) of sub - section (2) of section 30 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act , 1993 and the initiatives undertaken to reform the regulatory and related functions of the Council , considers it expedient to extend the period of the supersession of the Council by a period of another six months .
Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (3 ) of section 30 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 , the Central Government hereby extends the period of supersession of the Council for a period of six months with effcct from the 7th January , 2012 and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development number S.O.1548 (E) , dated the 7th July, 2011 , namely:-
In the said notification , in paragraph 7, for the words " for a period of six months, " the words and figures " for a period upto the 6th day of July , 2012 " shall be substituted .
