का.आ. 31(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में , नीची दी गई अनुसूची क स्तभ 1 में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को , उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 मे की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र क मम्बन्ध में उक्त अर्धािनयम क अधीन संक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O.31 (E) . In pursuance ofClause ( a) of Section 2 ofthe Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines ( Acquisition of Right ofUser in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962 ) the Central Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column ( 1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule
