का.नि.आ. 04(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 41 ) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित करती है कि बोर्ड की निर्वाचित सदस्य श्रीमती किरण के निधन के कारण छावनी बोर्ड , मेरठ के वार्ड संख्या 7 की निर्वाचित सदस्यता में एक रिक्ति हुई है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 8) of Section 12 of the Cantonments Act , 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government hereby notifies that a vacancy has occurred in the elected membership of Ward number 7 , Cantonment Board , Meerut, due to the death of Smt. Kiran, elected member of the Board .

का.नि.आ. 05(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 41 ) की धारा 15 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 26 अगस्त , 2012 ( रविवार ) को ऐसी तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको वार्ड संख्या 7 की बाबत छावनी बोर्ड, मेरठ का आकस्मिक निर्वाचन किया जाएगा ।
