का.आ 37(अ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) तथा धाग 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सीमा शुल्क ( आयात ) एयर कार्गो काम्प्लैक्स, शहर , मुम्बई के सयुक्त आयुक्त अथवा अपर आयुक्त को निम्न को प्राप्त अधिकारो तथा उनका प्रदत्न शक्तियों अथवा लागू कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन के लिए एक सामान्य आय अधिनिर्णयन प्राधिकारी का कार्य करने का अधिकार प्रदान करता है :
(i ) सीमा शुल्क , अपर आयुक्त ( आयात ) एयर कार्गो काम्प्लेक्स , शहर, मुम्बई; तथा
(ii ) सीमा- शुल्क, अपर आयुक्त ( निर्यात ) एयर कार्गो काम्प्लैक्स, शहर , मुम्बई ,
कारण बताओ नोटिस से अवांछित मामलों के अधिनिर्णयन के उद्देश्य हेतु मैसर्स प्रोमिनैंट एन्टरप्राईज , ए-127 भूतल , दुकान सं. 3 , आशा पार्क, नई दिल्ली -110018 तथा मैसर्स गैलार्ड एन्टरप्राइज , दुकान सं. 2, भूतल , डी-41 , फतेह नगर , नई दिल्ली -110018 को अपर. निदेशक , राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , मुम्बई जोनल यूनिट, मुम्बई द्वारा दिनाक 10-8-2011 के फाइल सं. डीआरआई/ जैट /डी/ आईएनत्री -103 ( 1 )/2010-11/7937 से 7943 द्वारा जारी !

S.O.37 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 and sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports),Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai , to act as a commonadjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on :-
(i) Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports),Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai; and
(ii) Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export) ; AirCargo Complex , Sahar , Mumbai,
for the purpose ofadjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s . Prominent Enterprises , A- 127, Ground Floor, Shop No. 3 , Asha Park, New Delhi - 110018 and M/s . Gaylord Enterprises , Shop No 2 GroundFloor, D- 41 , Fateh Nagar, New Delhi - 110018 issued videF. No. DRI /MZU /D/ INV- 03 ( 1 )/2010-11/7937 to 7943 dated 10-8-2011 , by the Additional Director, Directorate ofRevenue Intelligence , Mumbai Zonal Unit , Mumbai .
