सं. ए -12026/ 2/2011 -प्रशा. I(वि.वि. ) .-राष्ट्रपति , विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय, विधायी विभाग में संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधायी परामर्शी ( भारतीय विधि सेवा का ग्रेड -1 ) डॉ. संजय सिंह को विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय के विधायी विभाग में रु. 67000-79000 के उच्चतर प्रशासनिक ग्रेड स्केल में दिनांक 4 अप्रैल, 2012 की पूर्वाह्न से अपर सचिव के पद पर सहर्ष नियुक्त करते हैं ।
2. डॉ. संजय सिंह की यह नियुक्ति भारतीय विधि सेवा अधिकारी संघ द्वारा केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण , प्रधान न्यायपीठ , नई दिल्ली में दायर ओ.ए. सं. 883/2012 के निर्णय की शर्त पर है ।

I ( LD ).-The President is pleased to appoint Dr. Sanjay Singh , Joint Secretary and Legislative Counsel ( Grade - 1 of Indian Legal Service) in the Legislative Department , Ministry of Law and Justice to the post of Additional Secretary in the Legislative Department , Ministry ofLaw and Justice in the HAG scale of Rs . 67000-79000 with effect from the forenoon of 4thApril , 2012.
2.The above appointment of Dr. Sanjay Singh would be subject to the outcome of the O.A. No. 883/2012 filed by ILS officers Association in the Central Administrative Tribunal , Principal Bench , New Delhi .
