का.आ. 42 (अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्मा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की भाग 14 की उप - धाग ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एनद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित ओर संशोधन करती हे , अथर्थात्
" यूनानी" से सर्वाधत उक्त अनुसूची के भाग II में , " पश्चिम बंगाल " शीपक के अंतर्गत, क्रमांक 26 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् कॉलम 1 , 2 , 3 एव 4 में, निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्

In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 2) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :----
In Part II of the said Schedule relating to "Unani " , under the heading " West Bengal " , in columns 1 , 2, 3 and 4 after serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and the entries shall respectively be inserted, namely :---
