का.आ. 50(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि म यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के, सारणी के स्तभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन की सारणी के स्तंभ (3 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट खड को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती. है, अथात्

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of IndiaAct, 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch as specified in column (3 ) of the Table below, of the Section specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the Table , of the National Highway as specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) of the Table , to the National Highways Authority of India, namely:

का.आ. 51 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदंत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मत्रालय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 ( अ ). तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करनी है , अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना की, सारणी में , क्रम सं. 5 और उससे संबंधित प्रर्वािष्टया के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार " ।
"5 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग स. 6 [307 कि.मी. से 405 कि.मी. ( रायपुर- नागपुर सेक्शन ) , और 88.000 कि.मी. से 281.000 कि.मी. ( रायपुर- औरंग ) को छोड़कर , सं. 12ए, सं. 16, सं. 43 , सं 78, सं 111 , सं 200 [0000 किमी. से 127.650 रायपुर- बिलासपुर सेक्शन को छोड़कर] सं. 202 म 216 , में. 217 , आग् म 221 जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के भीतर स्थित हैं ।

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 51 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) , number S.O. 1096(E) , dated the 4th August, 2005 , namely :
In the said notification, in the Schedule , for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely
State Government of Chhattisgarh" .
"5 So much of National Highways No. 6 [ excluding from km . 307.600 to km. 405.000 (Raipur - Nagpur Section) and from Km . 88.000 to Km . 281.000 (Raipur-Aurang ) ] No 12A, No. 16, No. 43 No 78, No. 111 , No. 200 [excluding from Km. 0.000 to km. 127.650 (Raipur -Bilaspur section) ] No. 202 , No. 216, No. 217 and No. 221 as are situated within the State of Chhattisgarh .
