का.आ. 57(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , विधिक माप विज्ञान अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2010 का 1 ) की धारा 50 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सचिव , भारत सरकार उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन अपील प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

New Delhi , the 10th January, 2012
S.O. 57( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 50 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010) the Central Government hereby authorises the Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Consumer Affairs as the appellate authority under the said Act .
This notification shall come into force from the date ofits publication in the Official Gazette.
