टिप्पणी, मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 27 नवबर , 2006 की संख्या सा का नि 735( अ ) द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।
सा.का.नि ४ (अ) -केन्द्र सरकार , चार्टर्ड अकाउटेट अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 38 ) की धारा 28 घ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 29 क के खंड ( छ ) की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा चार्टर्ड अकाउटेट क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बैठको की प्रक्रिया तथा बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष व सदस्यो की सेवा को शर्तें व निबधन और भत्ते नियम , 2006 मे निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है , नामत

। ( 1 ) इन नियमों को चार्टर्ड अकाउटेट क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बैठको की प्रक्रिया तथा बार्ड के अध्यक्ष व सदस्यो की सेवा की शर्तें व निबधन और भत्ते ( सशोधन ) नियम , 2012 कहा जाएगा ।
New Delhi , the 10th January, 2012 (2) ये नियम राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगे ।
2 चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बैठको की प्रक्रिया तथा बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष व सदस्यो की सेवा की शर्तें व निबधन और भत्ते नियम , 2006 में नियम 3 के बाद निम्नलिखित नियम जोडा जाए , नामत
" 3क क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों की बैठक फीस
GS.R. 8 (E). In exercise of the powers conferredby sub -section ( 2) of clause (g ) of section 29A read with sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 28D of the CharteredAccountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Chartered Accountants Procedures of Meetings of Quality Review Board and terms and conditions of service and allowances ofthe Chairperson and Members of the Board Rules , 2006, namely
ज्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यो का प्रत्येक बैठक के लिए निम्नलिखित शि दी जाएगी , नामत i
(क) क्वालिटी पुनर्विलोकन बोर्ड की बीस हजार रुपए , प्रत्यक बैठक के लिए
1 ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Chartered Accountants procedures of meetings of Quality Review Board and terms and conditions of service and allowances of Chairperson and inembers of the Board (Amendment) Rules ,2012

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2 Lo the Chartered Accountants procedures of medings ofQuality Review Board and terras and conditions ofservice and allowances of the Chairperson andMembers ofthe Board Rules, 2006 after rule 3 , the following rule shall be inserted , namely
"3A Sitting Fees of Chairperson and Members of Quality Review Board.-
The Chairperson and the members of the Quality ReviewBoard shall be paid the following amount for each meeting, namely
[PAPI SP 3 (1 ) ]
twenty thousand rupees , (a) for each meeting of the Quality Review Board
five thousand rupees " : (b) for any other meeting calledby the Quality . Review Board or sub-committee
