का.नि.आ. 15(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 41 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 16 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 10 अगस्त, 2008 को ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निदेशित करती है, जिसको बादामीबाग छावनी बोर्ड के वार्ड संख्या I, III, IV, VI और VII का निर्वाचन होगा ।

S.R.O. 15 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 15 and sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 16 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) , the Central Government hereby directs the 10th August, 2008 as the date on which elections in respect of Ward numbers , I, III, IV, VI and VII to the Cantonment Board, Badamibagh shall be held.
