का.आ. 66 (अ).-राष्ट्रपति , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण म मिक्किम राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अनुगध करती हे कि वे उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों और तद्दीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदशा के अनुसार , राज्य सभा के उस सदस्य के , जो अपनी पदावधि क अवसान पर 23 फरवरी , 2012 को निवृत्त हो रहे हैं, स्थान को भरने के लिए एक सदस्य का निर्वाचन करें ।

S.O. 66 (E) . In pursuance of Section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Sikkim to elect in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder , one member to fill the seat of a member of the Council of States who is retiring on 23rd February 2012, on the expiration of his term ofoffice .
