का.आ. 68(अ). भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन ) अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 58 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए, तथा दिनांक 30 नवम्बर , 2007 , 30 जून , 2009 , 11 अगम्न , 2009, 14 जुलाई, 2010 , 30 सितम्बर , 2010 , 31 दिसम्बर , 2010 आर 28 मार्च , 2011 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचनाओ में आशिक सशोधन करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा केन्द्र सरकार के लिए तथा उसकी ओर से भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने के लिए भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रशासक के रूप में श्री के. एन. पृथ्वीराज की नियुक्ति को 31-8-2011 से आगे 29 2-2012 तक छः माह की अवधि के लिए अथवा नए प्रशासक की नियुक्ति तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, इनमें जो भी पहले हो , आगे बढ़ाती है ।
उनकी नियुक्ति की शर्तें तथा निबंधन वहीं होंगे जो श्री पृथ्वीराज , प्रशासक, भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम को इस विभाग के दिनांक 19-12-2007 के समसंख्यक पत्र के तहत पहले ही समृचिन किए गए थे ।

S.O. 68 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by . sub -section ( 1 ) of the Section 7 of Unit Trust of India (Transfer ofUndertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002 (No.58 of 2002), and in partial mochfication of Notifications of even number dated 30th November , 2007 , 30th June, 2009, 11thAugust, 2009, 14th July, 2010 , 30th September, 2010, 31st December, 2010 and 28th March , 2011 , the Central Government hereby extends the appointment of Shri K.N. Prithviraj as the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India for carrying on the management of the Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India for and on behalf of the Central Government for a periodofsixmonths beyond 31-8-2011 upto 29-2-2012 or until the appointment ofnew Administrator , or till further orders, whichever is the earliest .
The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be the same as had already been communicated to Shri Prithviraj,Administrator, Specified Undertaking ofthe Unit Trust of India vide this Department's letter of even number dated 19-12-2007.
