का.आ. 71 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार म्वादी और ग्रामाद्याग आयोग नियम, 2006 के नियम 15 के साथ पठित खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का61 ) की धारा 10 द्वाग प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय खादी और ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड में दर्शाई गई क्रम संख्या के अनुसार निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सरकारी राजपत्र म इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से , उनक नाम के समक्ष विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है , और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का.आ. 2231 ( अ ) , तारीख 13 सितम्बर , 2010 में निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 71 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Khadi and Village CommissionAct, 1956 (61 of1956), read with rule 15 of the Khadi and Village Commission Rules, 2006 the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons in the National Khadi and Village Industries Board for the period specified against their names with eflect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry ofMicro , Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2231 (E) , dated the 13th September, 2010, namely:-
