का.आ. 79(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 61 ) की धारा 9 की उप- धारा (3 ) द्राग प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए एतद्वारा मंत्रालय में खादी ओर ग्रामोद्योग आयोग से संबंधित कार्य करने वाले सयुक्त मचिव , सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय को आयोग की बड़का और उसकी चर्चाओं में भाग लेने के लिए नामनिर्देशित करती ह, परंतु नामनिर्देशित अधिकारी को मताधिकार नहीं होगा ।

S.O. 79(E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 9 of the Khadi and Village. Industries Commission Act, 1956 ( 61 of 1956) , the Central Governmenthereby nominates the Joint Secretary, Ministry ofMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises , handling the work relatingto Khadi and Village Industries Commission in the Ministry, to attend the meetings of the Commission and take part in the discussions thereof : Provided that the nominated officer shall not have the right to vote .
