नई दिल्ली , 17 जनवरी , 2012 सं. 4/2012-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
का.आ. 81 (अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है , एतदद्वाग , भारत सरकार, विन मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 36/2001- सीमा शुल्क (गै. दै ) , दिनांक 3 अगस्त, 2001 में निम्नलिखिन मशोधन करता है, अर्थात्-
उक्त अधिसूचना में ,
( i ) इस " सारणी " को पुनः " सारणी -1 " के रूप मे अक्ति किया जाएगा और ड५ प्रकार " सारणी -1 " के पश्चात् निम्न सारणी अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th January, 2012 No. 4/2012 - Customs (N.T. )
S.O. 81 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs , being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue ), No. 36/2001 - Customs (N.T. ), dated the 3rd August, 2001 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , vide number S.O. 748 (E ) , dated the 3rd August, 2001 , namely :---
Inthe said notification ,-
(i) the "TABLE" shall be renumbered as "TABLE- 1 " and after "TABLE- 1 " as so renumbered, the following TABLE shall be inserted, namely:---
