साकानि 27(अ) - राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारटी निधि नियम , 2006 को मशोधित करने के लिए 'महात्मा गाधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 42 ) की धारा 31 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ग ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सख्याक साकानि 639 (अ) तारीख 18 अगस्त , 2011 द्वारा भारज के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खड 3 , उप- खड ( 1 ) , तारीख 24 अगस्त, 2011 द्वारा कतिपय प्रारूप नियम प्रकाशित किए गए थे जिसमे उस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व उन व्यक्तियो में, जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की सभावना थी , आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे ,
और राजपत्र की प्रतिया जिसमे उक्त अधिसूचना अतर्विष्ट थी , जिसमे प्रारूप नियम प्रकाशित किए गए थे, जन साधारण को तारीख 24अगस्त, 2011 को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थी;
और इस सबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से कोई आक्षेप या सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुआ' हे ,
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की धाग 31 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खड ( ग ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो का सक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारटी निधि ( सशोधन ) नियम , 2011 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारटी निधि नियम , 2006 म, नियम 7 के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्
" 7. स्कीमो के कार्यान्वयन के लिए राष्ट्रीय निधि मे अभिदाय-केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय निधि मे धन की एसी गशि का अभिदाय करेगी जो स्कीमो के कार्यान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक समझी जाए " ।

GS.R. 27 (E) .-Whereas certain draft rules to amend the National Rural Employment Guarantee Fund Rules , 2006, were published in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub - section ( 1 ) read with clause (c) of sub- section (2) of Section 31 ofthe Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 ( 42 of 2005) , vide notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development number GSR 639 (E ) dated 18th August , 2011 in the Gazette of Indıa, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , sub - section (1) dated the 24th August, 2011 inviting objections and suggestions from persons likely to be affected thereby before the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette ,
And whereas copies of the Gazette containing the said notification in which the draft rules were published were made available to the public on 24th August , 2011 ,
And whereas no objection or suggestion has been received from any person in this regard .
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with clause (c ) of sub - section (2) of Section 31 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely
1 (1) These rules may be called the National Rural Employment Guarantee Fund (Amendment ) Rules , 2011
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. Inthe National Rural Employment Guarantee Fund Rules , 2006, for rule 7, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:--
"7. Contribution to National Fund for implementation ofSchemes. The Central Government shall contribute to the National Fund such sum of money as considered necessary for the implementation of the Schemes "
